My Background

My background is in teaching and training adults and in Personal  Coaching I enjoy motivating and challenging individuals to achieve their full potential. Clients realise that their limiting beliefs about themselves and the situation they are in are just that- beliefs. They are not the reality and do not need to be a barrier to achieving their goals in life.

My training in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) has given me a set of effective tools to use in coaching. The tools bring about change with surprisingly fast results and enable clients to adopt a more positive and resourceful outlook.
